We manage the full front end of your recruitment process. From job posting and screening to structured interviews, we deliver a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates with notes and insights. Your team can make confident decisions without having to sift through the noise.

This is our most comprehensive recruiting service. We manage the entire process from start to finish. From crafting compelling job descriptions to scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You’ll get a curated shortlist, and we’ll take care of the logistics and follow-through.

Interview Toolkit & Scorecards – $100 flat fee
Customizable question sets and evaluation templates tailored to the role so your team stays aligned, consistent, and legally sound.

Reference Checks – $125/hr or flat fee based on quantity:
1–2 references: $150
3–4 references: $250
5+ references: $350
Includes outreach, documentation, and a compiled feedback summary for each candidate.
Background Check Coordination – $40–$50 service fee per check + Accurate vendor fee
We handle ordering, compliance review, hiring manager notifications, and any required adverse action steps.
