I’m not your typical HR person. I’m here to help you grow your business with structure, heart, and a whole lot of common sense.

With over 14 years of experience in HR, I’ve partnered with founders, executive teams, and people leaders to build everything from compliant policies to culture-shifting people strategies. I’ve coached through tough conversations, supported teams during messy growth, and created HR systems that are actually usable and legally sound.

I know how personal your business is because it’s personal for me too. I grew up in a family-run business, watching my father build his career as a Master Electrician and pour everything into his work. Today, I support my husband’s small construction company and see firsthand the realities that small business owners face: the long hours, the impossible decisions, and the pride that comes with building something real.
